This package is designed to last 3 hours
unless adjusted. This menu is a good starting point for designing your reception.
It may be sculpted to your tastes and budget by using the additional selections
that are included in this packet. Many items can be substituted for at no additional
charge; others can be substituted for a slightly higher charge as marked. The
sales tax is 5% on all charges including staffing. The Open House Package includes the following
items at no additional charge: Glass plates, flatware, linen
napkins in your choice of basic colors, cocktail napkins,buffet and beverage with base linens in your
choice of basic colors, plastic cups and beverage service equipment Staffing for
the Open House Package is: For a party of 50- 100 you will need 3 chefs, 2 wait people,
and1 beverage server. We recommend 1 additional beverage
server and 2 additional wait people for each additional 100 guests. The 6 hour minimum includes set-up and clean-up
times. (Outside the Greater Richmond Metro area the amount of hours may vary)

table linens, buffet toppers, dance floors, chair covers, tents, and stages. These
items may be obtained for you at an additional expense plus delivery. Beverage Options: We offer 3 levels of beverage
options. Option #1: Host supplies all
beverages and ice. We serve them at no additional charge in plastic glasses.(We can supply ice )(Tulip champagne glass for
welcome drink is optional) Option #2: Host supplies all
beverages. We supply ice and real stemmed glassware Option #3: We supply all mixers,
sodas, juices, fruit garnishes, welcome drink mixer, glassware, cocktail napkins,
stirsticks, and all beverage service equipment.Host supplies all alcoholic beverages, wine,
beer, and champagne.
An ABC permit for event
and
may be required by some facilities. If needed we can help obtain it for you. Payment: A final guaranteed guest count
is due one week (five business days) prior to the scheduled date. After that date
only additions are accepted. The count may increase up until 24 hours prior to
the event. We accept all major credit cards. A reservation deposit
is required at signing to hold the date. The balance is due at time of service
and is adjusted to meet changes and final counts at that time. Catering
By Jill will keep your buffet tables and stations full for the proscribed length
of times in your contract. Leftovers are distributed at the sole discretion of
the caterer. |
